★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a paved pathway that runs along the Gatineau side of the Ottawa River. It features a dividing line and hosts both foot and bicycle traffic.
It features plenty of wildlife and hosts some threatened species, including the Bur Oak and Eastern Hemlock.
The path does get a little too narrow to facilitate walking side-by-side in parts. Watch out for the poison ivy which grows along the entirety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many pathways in the Ottawa/Gatineau area! You can pretty much access both sides of the river at many points by the bridges and then then sky’s the limit to where you can go. This is another pathway that connects very well to many points along the river and in particular the Champlain Bridge! ??
