★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average food. My husband had a $52 stake that looked like it was boiled or baked. It had no color and tasted just ok. Was supposed to be surved with a sauce which was like beef broth rather than a real sauce. Certainly not anything like some of the pictures shown. My previously frozen code tasted very fishy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed our meal very much. I had the Tortiere with salad and my husband had the Herb Crusted Chicken - generous portions. I paired my tortiere with (B.C.) Mooncursor Border Vines Bordeaux style blend red wine.
Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and historical decor in a cozy space made the experience highly enjoyable. For me, my only suggestion would be to give guests the option of half fries/half salad instead of either/or. You can add fries for $3 but then a big meal is even bigger. Altogether a great Sun Peaks dining experience. Reservations are a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy and relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and tasty food. Many healthy options (less carbs/dip fried options). Quality of products is very high. We tried their steak, fish, bison burger, charcuterie platter - superb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, nice staff. Didn’t have half the beer on there menu and was missing some food items. We joked about it and ordered other items and was still blown away at how good it was. I would give a 5 star review but these things held me back. Great job to the waitress that served us, she had a great sense of humour.

The aroma walking in is fantastic. Our service was everything we could ask for. Friendly, helpful, engaging and attentive.
The food is in the top top tier of the village. Pear salad excellent Bannock a delight. Daily special pork chop was wonderful . The pork ribs perfection.
Will ensure we return each time we are in Sun Peaks.
