Elle nous avait dit que c était un endroit très bien et très apprécié de tous les voyageurs. Je suis revenue de voyage avec ma famille mercredi le 20 mars 2019 et ce fut mon pire voyage à vie. je n y retournerai pas. C est certain. Tres decu. J ai pratiquement pas eu d eau dans ma douche de la semaine. .. C etait un filament et le mot est généreux. Même après nous avoir plein 4 fois. La toilette ne flushait pas. L eau chaude était coupé à compter de 10h30 pm ( politique de l hôtel supposément ) nous avons manqué d eau en bouteille chaque jour. La femme de chambre ne nous mettait pas de bouteille. nous n avions pas de serviette pour la douche et quand qu on appelait pour leurs en demander ils disaient qu ils n en avaient plus et qu ils devaient aller voir dans les chambres inoccupées pour nous en proccurrer. Résultat...personne n est jamais venu. On se faisait piquer dans le lit toute les nuits. Le buffet était pas mangeable et froid. Il fallait mettre nos sandales pour entrer dans la mer car il y avait trop de coquillages brisés en bord. Il y avait des refoulement d égout et ca sentait le champs d epuration sur le site. J ai fait d autres voyages à Cuba et c etait pas mal mieux. Je le déconseille à tous le monde et je ne comprends pas pourquoi notre conseillère nous l ' a suggéré. J'ai fait affaire avec une agence pour ne pas avoir de surprise et de ma grande surprise j en ai eu une. Hello Our counselor suggested we go to Melia Jardines Del Rey in Cayo Coco. She told us that c was a place very well and appreciated by all travelers. I came back from traveling with my family on Wednesday March 20, 2019 and it was my worst trip ever. I don not stay there again. For sure. Very disappointed. I hardly had water in my shower of the week. .. It was a filament and the word is generous. Even after we have full 4 times. The toilet did not flush. The hot water was turned off at 10:30 pm (hotel policy supposedly) we ran out of bottled water each day. The maid did not put us a bottle. we don not have a towel for the shower and when that was called for in their request they said that they no longer had and that they should go in unoccupied rooms for us proccurrer. Result ... nobody ever came. We were stung in the bed all night. The buffet was not edible and cold. We had to put our sandals to enter the sea because there were too many broken seashells on board. There was sewer backup and it smelled the field of purification on the site. J did for other trips to Cuba and c was quite better. I advise against everyone and I do not understand why our consultant suggested it to us. I did business with an agency to avoid surprises and to my surprise I had one.
