Throughout this trip, although we weren't her clients, she provided us with much better service than our own agent who was also on board. Since then, we have been doing business with her for booking our trips for a very long time. Dynamic, always smiling and with good advice, she goes out of her way to help people. We see that she does the right job and that she likes it. I haven't had the opportunity to deal with the other agents on her team, but I have no doubts that they provide just as good service as she does.
