The gentlemen who came to do the repairs for water leaks coming in from my attic during the winter were extremely... professional, knowledgeable and kept me apprised of what they were checking for and locating all of the problems that needed to be repaired. This is the first time that construction people have made me feel confident in what they were doing. I feel that the problems that I have had since I bought this brand new condo 5 years ago, have been resolved. I feel if Parkwood Builders had hired Vortek Construction in the beginning we wouldn’t have so many problems in this complex as we do. Vortek Construction in St. Albert, AB have assured me that I can contact them in the future if I have any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to whoever needs work done. They had competitive prices, they kept quite close to the promised schedule, and they kept me apprised of unanticipated additional costs as they cropped up, so there were no surprises by the final bill. Each member of the team was knowledgeable in their field, pleasant to work with, and respectful of my family and my property. Chris and his team went above and beyond to be sure that I was happy with the finished product. I highly recommend this company.

They went above and beyond for me, always on time, communicated any issues and stuck to the quoted price. This wasn’t the first time I used Vortek nor has it been my last. If you need a new fence, definitely give them a call! Highly recommend and if they can’t do it, they will refer you to someone who can.
