UPDATE: We had originally left a 2 out of 5 review on this CRM as we found the functionality of Vonigo to be limiting. After working with their team over the weekend on customizing templates and work orders, we were able to augment the CRM such that it fits our business model. Vonigo is more expensive than other CRM's (a lot more expensive) but the team seems willing to code their product so that it becomes the CRM you need. Starting Monday we're going to adopt Vonigo as our stand-alone system and look forward to working with their team, making suggestions that improve our efficiency and their product alike. Update 2.0 We’ve used Vonigo for years and we haven’t seen any improvement with their ability to handle problems. We’ve been wanting to change our booking page for a long time and we’ve gotten the process started numerous times but eventually communication drops and nothing gets doneβ€”forcing us to start from the beginning with a new support ticket. They don’t set their clients up for success with training (all other CRMS are happy to do this so you use the CRM properly and stay as a customer). They charge a lot of money for basic features that come standard on generic, free CRM’s. If you want tk accept payments online, it’s $500+ setup which, for anyone that knows how to code, is a joke. My entire marketing team is waiting on them to fix the Booking page. I sent the request to change the page two weeks ago and today I’m just learning that they haven’t started. Vonigo has a good concept but I don’t think they have the right team to execute the vision. We’re switching CRM’s ASAP.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Vonigo for their product and customer service staff, especially in these trying times. We are growing nonprofit. With Vonigo, we have been able to leverage technology in our service scheduling and increase our donations. We have added another service vehicle to try to keep up and are now booked on average a week out. Because of the software solution that is Vonigo, we are able to keep up and in communication with our customers from first contact so no one is left behind. As we grow, Vonigo has been there every step of the way with world class customer service, first contact resolution, assurance of help and an attitude of gratitude in their communications. We appreciate Vonigo's product and their team. Keep it up!

I have been using Vonigo for three months now and as with any new platform you need to learn the specifics to be able to leverage the full platform benefits. I am really happy with the interconnections it has with other systems we use like Quickbooks or Authorize.net for credit card transactions. The best part has been their support team, they always reply fast to my questions and if it is too complicated they will prepare small video tutorials for me. There is always room for improvement and simplification and the team is open to hearing the ideas and implementing some of them

Vonigo is very powerful, yet flexible and customizable for how we do business. The customer support team responds quickly and is amazingly patient and accommodating. Reports on any metric you can think of are available, but if what you doesn't already exist, Vonigo's support will create a custom report. Best of all, Vonigo didn't just want to sign us up - they suggest ways we might take advantage of different features, and they actively seek our feedback on how the product is working for us - not something you find too often.

We love Vonigo. Yes, a bunch of apps like this are out there...but their support and people are the game changers for us. They have enabled us to automate sooooo much. With 13 and counting drivers, we couldn't do it without them! Thank you Vonigo!

No doubt that Vonigo is a great software. I have personnaly pushed our company to adopt it as I feel the vision from the founders is super strong and the software can handle a substantial & complex workload. Unfortunately, when it comes to execution, we went from heaven to hell: after several month of unexplained delay, we finally got it up and running, but never got any training & onboarding, making the support hotline all the more critical. Unfortunately, the support hotline has rapidly been a source of frustation for all my team members, as we found out that most of our request for support end up in limbo and only after we renew our request for support several times over several weeks, can we expect replies. I hope this review will find some attentive hears at Vonigo, as I still have hope we can make things right if someone's really decides to be on top of it.

I have been working with Vonigo for over 2 years now and i can say that they have been an integral part of managing our clients, schedule, billing, invoicing and online booking. I choose to give the product a 4 star, but i would definitely give the support and technical staff a 5*. Being able to work closely with them in developing our environment, tools and fixing issues rapidly has been a big contributor to our continuing use of Vonigo. I look forward to expanding our use of it in 2022 and beyond.
