No instructions in the box I wanted to return product was told there is a 20 percent restocking fee and isn’t posted anywhere. Missing pegs for the bottom also no way to hook up the water. Did not meet quality messaged them same day. Very rude staff unprofessional. They told me because box was broken they wouldn’t even take it back. Avoid this place unless your super happy with the product and don’t care if it’s missing stuff and don’t want to return it!
A	Alison Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an inflatable water slide from them that they said retailed for $1200 but could not show me any such posting of it selling at that price. Any comparable thing I found online sold between $700-800. They listed on marketplace for $750 which is the price I confirmed but while I was in the car they suddenly said I would have to pay tax on top too. The box fell apart coming home and it was missing pieces. I will have to buy pieces to make it work. When I asked to return it he said I could then said he would not take it without the box (which was just any old brown box) and would charge 20% restocking fee. The business itself was a mess, the guy did not know how to use his checkout system and provided misinformation. Nothing about this business looks legit and would not recommend anyone buy from them. Company has never apologized, just say that they don’t want our business anyway. So if you want to spend a lot of money on something you don’t get to see before you buy without being able to return it and deal with the worst customer service out there, this is the company for you.

I bought a pair of adjustable dumbbells' for myself as well as a electric motorized vehicle for my toddler. Everything works perfectly and it seems the inventory is high grade items. My inquiry was responded to immediately and the service was timely as well. Strongly recommended business to work with!
