Lorsque j'ai été chercher ma voiture, j'ai été très déçu de constater que l'intérieur de mon habitacle sentait le tabar.... malgré que j'avais demandé au responsable et on m'avait dit que non, il n'y aurait aucune odeur. De plus, ma voiture a été très mal nettoyé, on dirait qu'il a pris un linge pour étendre la saleté sur la peinture ce qui a provoqué des micro-egratignures. La semaine dernière lorsque je suis allé chercher ma voiture chez Hyundai l'auto a été inspecté et il n'y avait pas ces micro-egratignures sur la peinture. Alors, je me retrouve avec une voiture neuve qui sent le tabar...et une peinture abîmé. I had Ziebart rust inhibitor applied to my new car. When I went to get my car, I was very disappointed to find that the interior of my cabin smelled of tabar .... despite I had asked the manager and I was told that no, he didn’t there would be no smell. In addition, my car was very poorly cleaned, it looks like it took a cloth to spread the dirt on the paintwork which caused micro-scratches. Last week when I picked up my car from Hyundai the car was inspected and there were no micro-scratches on the paint. So, I find myself with a new car that smells of tabar ... and damaged paint.

I had been told by phone that the technician had several years of experience in anti-rust for electric and hybrid vehicles but on the spot the technician told me that it was his first time which worried me a little.

L'homme travaillant à la réception (Sébastien, si je me souviens bien) m'a lui-même appelé pour m'indiquer qu'il n'était pas satisfait du travail effectué et m'a demandé si c'était possible de recéduler un autre rendez-vous. On ne m'a rien fait payer avant la fin du 2e rendez-vous, où le travail a été impeccable et il m'a enlevé 50$ de ma facture pour le contre-temps. Je recommande. Super professional, great service. I was fitted with a windshield with an imperfection. The man working at the reception (Sébastien, if I remember correctly) called me himself to tell me that he was not satisfied with the work done and asked me if it was possible to reschedule another date. I was not charged for anything until the end of the 2nd appointment, where the work was impeccable and he took $ 50 off my bill for the setback. I recommend.

I called and mentioned that we had a RV trailer to see if they could take us right away to fix it. They said “yes”. They cleared the access to their garage bay so we could drive in with our trailer. In and out in 15 minutes....with a smile! Very impressive. Merci les gars!
