They fixed a small windshield hole as well as installed a new remote starter to replace my old one. They were fast and offered me options for the appointment time. When I was waiting but indicated I had an upcoming meeting, they offered me a courtesy car overnight. Much appreciated

Super easy to call, get a quote and book an appointment with them. The service was fast and efficient for a windshield replacement: mine got done in under 3 hours as they promised. It is also located near many other stores (ex: jean-coutu, tim hortons, wendy's), perfect for killing some time if you don't want to wait in the shop (seating is very limited).

The team at Ziebart did a great job repairing my windshield. They accommodated me without delay and they were very efficient and easy to deal with. Also on a bonus note they charged me less than what was quoted. I recommend them for sure.

Went to the VitroPlus to install tints on my car back in 2021. When shopping around I noticed they are more expensive than your average tint installers; however, given they offered Lifetime Warranty I decided to go with them in case something is to happen in the future I’ll have the warranty to fall back on. I recently noticed little chips in my driver seat window, I went in to inquire if I can get this fixed under the warranty as I was told any damage will be covered by the lifetime warranty. Great customer service at the counter and he gave me an appointment. On the day of the appointment 50min in I was told by the owner and the tint guy the warranty does not cover it as the damage was done by my seatbelt. I have had tints installed on my previous cars for several years and this is the first time I am seeing or hearing this. The only option they gave me is to pay close to 100$ to remove the defective tint and also pay for new install. I decided to shop around and found that I can have my old tints removed and install new ones for both front windows for the price of one window they gave me. Moreover, when I stopped by 3 other tints shop and they all told me this should have been covered under warranty as it is not normal for such damage to happen to tints film within less than a year. Hearing this from other top rated shop in google means VitroPlus good have handled my case better and replace my tints under warranty. Really really disappointed. They should be clear on what’s covered and not covered under the warranty before advertising it. Make sure you ask all your questions before booking an appointment with them to install to tints or else you might end up VERY DISAPPOINTED like me.

Went in to fill small windshield chip caused by a stone. *After the review they reached out, offered to replace the windshield through my insurance and refund the cost of the initial repair. Explained that these repairs are not 100% all the time. I appreciate the follow up and offer to make some accommodation to fix it. Maybe it was just bad luck, I've had a few of these done before that have never formed into a full crack. Adjusted my rating to reflect their communication and offer after the full break. Had already replaced the whole windscreen via the dealership however so did not take them up on it. Pros: Communication was easy, staff was polite and helpful. Cons: First frost a month later. the chip expanded into a crack across the entire windscreen requiring a total replacement. The filling job upon initial completion did not seem as well done as previous ones. The small crack still seemed quite visible (barely changed from when I brought it in) where typically the small crack would still be noticeable if you looked at it closely or at the right angle, but was significantly less so and filled in more. Felt on the exterior of the crack and it seemed ok, as long as it was properly suctioned and filled it would prevent the crack from expanding in cold weather.
