I called back the company and the boy came back in the evening, stay for 2 hours, the windows were still not clean and the none of windows frames were washed, on top of that, he broke my mosquito net. I sent an email to the company, still no response so far. Hire them if your windows are already clean, otherwise, hire some professionals to clean. They are amateurs only. They also charged my credit card without my authorization. Stay away from this company.

But then when they came to clean my windows, the balloon deflated completely. Sigh. Never again. I wanted to encourage them but at the end of the day, I work hard for my money too and i need to get what I pay for.

They will really listen to your needs concerning work that they may be able to help you with! Go ahead and try them. You will be happy with the results. I have personally be using them for several years now. Window washing, cleaning gutters, and many other services. Always happy with the results.
A	Audrey Tam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for 2 outdoor window cleaning in 2019 and they never came to do it. Every year, I would send them an email and I would always get the walk around. Now they've changed their business model however, I was still refused to be honoured my purchase as they couldn't find the payment, which I have sent by email to the previous 'business owner'. This year, they said they would give me one outdoor cleaning and they never passed. I had to write to them several times, even asking for a reimbursement. They would schedule a cleaning and never come. They would also confirm that it was done, which wasn't. FINALLY they came, and my windows are nice and clean however, they left the rest of the front porch a mess, which was cleaned 3 days ago. I always give the benefit of the doubt to businesses. It could be a bad day for anyone - however, there's more than 10 strikes with this one. Sorry but I will not be doing business with you again, nor referring you.
