★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel est très sympathique. J'ai fait changer le parebrise au mois de septembre 2015. La première installation sifflait, donc ils ont du recommencer le travail. La 2e installation a régler le problème de sifflement.
 The staff is very friendly. I had the windshield changed in September 2015. The first installation was whistling, so they had to start the job over. The 2nd installation solved the hissing problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été à cet atelier pour faire réparer mon pare-brise. Prendre note qu'après la réparation, la petite fissure que j'avais demeurait toujours visible, mais le garage me garantissait qu'il allait changer mon pare-brise si ma fissure était pour s'agrandir. Avoir su j'aurais été avec un autre garage car la fissure c'est bel et bien aggravée alors que le soleil est sortie quelques semaines plus tard.
Je contacte donc l'atelier qui me dit au téléphone qu'il vont me créditer la réparation (100$) et que mon le pare-brise coûterait 300$. J'arrive sur place, le propriétaire me regarde à peine et va voir mon pare-brise et me dit en appelant son vendeur que mon pare brise coûtait 495$ et me crédite seulement 70$ et non 100$. Je lui répète qu'on m'avait dit qu'au départ il devait me changer mon pare brise sans frais si la réparation ne fonctionnait pas. Je vous suggère de faire à faire avec une vraie compagnie comme Lebeau ou autre bannière connue, car eu on une vraie garantie si la fissure s'aggrave. Donc, je lui dit qu'au moins qu'il me crédite le montant que j'ai payé à la base. Il n'y a aucune place a la négociation et me retorque qu'il a 25 ans d'expérience dans le domaine et qu'il a jamais vu ça et me claque la porte en partant dans son atelier.
Bref, manque de professionnalisme et aucune vrai garantie n'est offerte par ce garage.
Je ne recommande aucunement cet atelier. Je n'y retournerai jamais.
I went to this shop to have my windshield repaired. Note that after the repair, the small crack I had was still visible, but the garage guaranteed me that they would change my windshield if my crack was to get bigger. To have known I would have gone with another garage because the crack is indeed aggravated while the sun came out a few weeks later.
So I contacted the workshop, who told me over the phone that they would credit me for the repair ($100) and that my windshield would cost $300. I arrive on site, the owner hardly looks at me and goes to see my windshield and tells me by calling his salesman that my windshield cost $495 and credits me only $70 and not $100. I repeat to him that I was told that initially he had to change my windshield free of charge if the repair did not work. I suggest you deal with a real company like Lebeau or another known banner, because we have a real guarantee if the crack gets worse. So, I tell him that at least he credits me the amount I paid at the base. There is no room for negotiation and retorts that he has 25 years of experience in the field and that he has never seen this and slams the door on me leaving in his workshop.
In short, lack of professionalism and no real guarantee is offered by this garage.
I do not recommend this workshop at all. I will never go back there.
