★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An update: I was contacted by the Adam and he was nice and explained that my order was mistakenly missed due some technical difficulties which were addressed. They shipped it via priority and I got it within a couple of days. I like their variety of products and I will give it another chance.

I do not recommend this company. I placed my order on June 3 and it said that the order is guaranteed to be shipped within 2 days. It’s been 10 days now and nothing has been shipped. No emails about my order and no one is answering the phone. I'm quite upset at this point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be completely honest, I don’t know why there are negative reviews on here! I ordered my genuine health products that were on sale with free shipping. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit skeptical on delivery times. The order was placed late afternoon on Monday and the products were delivered the following day! No damages to the package I may add. Upon checking the items in the package I found they were correct and in perfect condition (a ocd I have). Will definitely be using vitasave again!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order our vitamins online and have had no issues. The selection is great, prices can't be beat and website works great. The last order we had, there was 1 item out of stock. We quickly received and email to notify us and a substitution was made and price was matched for the new item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 Vega protein powders online. You would think it's super straight forward but they have messed up my order twice now. First they sent me only 1 of the protein powders I purchased. I called the office during their opened hours but nobody answered so I emailed them. I got a response a few days later of an apology that their warehouse made a mistake and that they would send my other missing item with Expedited shipping...I got it really quickly but guess what ...it wasn't what I ordered, not even close (2 magnesium powders!?). I emailed them again and now waiting for a response. I'm really confused and frustrated how such a simple order can become so complicated and time consuming. I just want what I paid for...it shouldn't be this difficult. Needless to say I won't be ordering anything on their website again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased online from Vitasave for the first time. The website is easy to use. Once the order was placed I received confirmation email. The next day an email from Adam came telling me one of the items I ordered was not available and even though the order value is small, he took the time to tell me in the email what are available from which I choose a substitution. Two days later the complete order arrived. I am very happy with the service. I definitely recommend Vitasave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered something in error and I called a couple times within business hours and no response, as the answering service keeps repeating the same message that their phone lines are closed at present and call back later. I called back later a few times and same message. I also sent a couple of emails and no response yet. Not sure if they have any customer service as its impossible to get a hold of someone here. Lets see what comes in the mail as for my order and then I will respond with another email, for a refund.
