★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if the the decline in service, quality of products and significant decrease in portions are due to new management or just simply cutting corners to make more money.
I was coming here weekly, but now I will be spending my money elsewhere (like walk the extra 10 mins to Dirty Belly!)
The service is half-assed. I ordered a protein max and the customer behind me ordered a coffee - plain coffee. It had no butter or anything in it and they gave me my poorly blended protein Max first instead of simply pouring the customer a plain cup of coffee. My poorly blended protein max once all the toppings were added filled the container half way!
It's true when they say "all it takes is one bad experience to change your opinion..."
So long, Vitality Tap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in town for a week and fell in love with this place. The smoothies are awesome and full of flavors. They have a delicious avocado toast, they make it for breakfast and the poke bowls are amazing. Can't wait to come back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here many times during the lunch hour, the good is delicious and ethically sourced. Great place to grab a Bullet Proof Coffee, I think the only place downtown you can get one to my knowledge.
Their bowls are delicious; I had one with chicken, brown rice and avocado, with a tahini sauce. good portions and nor drenched in sauce.
Grad their snicker doodles that they have in the fridge area. I have no words for how delicious they are!

The first thing that draws me in is the ambiance, but understanding the quality and locality of their product keeps me coming back. I love that they are focused on the local community and strive to put the best ingredients in their food. Had one of their bowls and it was great! Because it's customizable, it is easy for anyone to enjoy! I'm also a huge fan of the different types of Kombucha they have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the breakfast burrito again, VERY DISAPPOINTING!! There’s nothing worse then sitting down, unwrapping your breakfast and then biting into what you think is gonna be a delicious wrap, only to discover that it taste like rancid rotten avocado and barley warm. Oh no! This isn’t just a one off, it’s happened several times. Safe to say I’m now officially done with giving Vitality Tap anymore of my money. The reason I have gone and given them multiple tries is because they are locally sourced, handmade and organic. Total ripoff!! Should be able to give negative stars! P.S. for the price I expect better quality!!

Enjoyed the Hulk Poke Bowl for lunch:
Was it healthy and delicious? Yes, it was really good.
Am I full? No.
Was it worth the $16 price tag ($17 with tip)? In my opinion, no.
Would I return? Only if the price went down or the portions went up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with Amber H's review. Used to love this place. Now prices have gone up, which I would be okay with but the dishes have changed and not for the better. The Caliente bowl was my favorite but the Avocado dressing it was served with and gave it great flavor is no longer part of it which makes it bland. Also loved the Transformer but it's now too spicy and not my taste. Very disappointing as I was here 2-3 days a week. Will be taking my business elsewhere....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu makes items sound better than they taste. I ordered the poke and compared to other poke places in the downtown core, the rice is overcooked, there is little fish, and the sauce is overdone and overbearing. This doesn't even look at the fact you're paying $1 to $2 more than comparable places. Don't go, it's overpriced and gross.
