★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered masks from Vitacore a few times. Quality is great, I even recommended to a business that went to order 10K masks. Everything great until my last order dated December 16. I received confirmation shortly thereafter that the order shipped, however the tracking number wasn’t working. While masks are of great quality customer service is lacking (to put it mildly). No response to e mail inquires and voicemail box is full. Very disappointed, likely my last order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering the Can95e black masks for a year. The masks are very good quality and fit perfectly and I feel safer when out in public. Customer service is fantastic, especially Armando he responds very quick and always helpful. Shipping is very fast. I support this Canadian company. Thank you Vitacore for keeping us safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered masks from Vitacore in Dec 2021 and it arrived very quickly. I ordered again in early Jan 2022 but this time, I didn't hear anything about the shipment a week or so after it was supposed to have been sent out. I emailed customer service and they were very prompt and responsive - understandably there were delays with Canada Post and the flooding, but they made sure to keep me up to date and sent out my order soon after, which arrived quickly. Appreciate their response and the masks are of great quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just received few boxes of Children's and Adult CAN99 EA Earloop masks. These are high quality level three masks manufactured locally. They are comfortable, breathable and straps feel durable. With over 99% filtration it gives you extra layers of protection and peace of mind. The customer service team was supportive and helped me through the entire process. The delivery was fast (sooner than expected) and I'm glad I got this excellent product. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a great quality product, made in Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got the package that they resent 3 days ago. Though Canada Post caused so much trouble to this BC based innovative company(Canada Post mistakenly misplaced thousands of their orders in a processing centre and my order was one of those affected parcels) they are trying their best to resolve the problem.
3 days ago, I emailed their distribution department and the manager emailed me back with his hearty and honest words right away. He sincerely apologized for all the inconvenience caused even it was not their fault. He said they got overwhelmed by 12,000 inquiries and emails in the past week alone! To me, it means they have a lot of returning clients just like me who really acknowledge the quality of their Can99 masks which are so breathable and offer highest level of protection for me and my family. When my family are wearing these Can99 masks, I never need to worry about anything!
I ordered seven boxes in total and the first time shopping experience was INCREDIBLE. The first order arrived super fast and on time. That is why I got back to them for the second time. Then the Canada Post problem kicked in. However this newly found company is really doing a great job trying to fix the problem and get things going. A big shout-out to your Vitacore!
I hope you guys can produce and provide more and more top-of-the-world personal health products and serve the communities better.

The first order arrived promptly.
The masks for adults and children fit snugly and perfectly with ease of breathing.
We received a message with the second order that shipping would be delayed for a month due to high demand...no problem as specific dates were given.
However 2-3 weeks after the expected delivery no masks had yet arrived.
When I checked on the website, the first and prominent message was that Canada Post had mislaid thousands of orders. The instructions were to contact Vitacore immediately. I received a prompt answer and a replacement for the missing order arrived 2 days later.
I was very grateful and impressed.
I will definitely use this company again plus recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered adults and Children’s CAN99e masks and at the time, Vitacore was one of the few that had offered children’s sizes. We ordered them just before the scramble that many families were going through and we also felt we needed these for our return to school. We waited a while for our shipment due to the extremely high demand. We saw a notice on the website to explain these delays and our order of 5 Boxes of CAN99e for the kids arrived shortly after expected date. I wanted to purchase and support local at this time. Upon receiving them, one ear loop fell off before we could even put it on. On another day, another set of ear loops both fell off before we could even leave the house. I emailed the company and they were very efficient, professional, friendly and informative in their reply. Understandably so, they were some defects as they rushed thousands of orders. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to explain the situation and immediately sent out 2 boxes to replace my single 2 masks. It wasn’t because it was free that made me happy but I was impressed that this company stood behind their products and there was no downplay of my concern and only acknowledgement and resolution. Excellent customer service to make things right and pleasant to deal with. The masks are comfortable as well for both adult and children.
