Customer service is excellent, both in-store and online. Their bulk protein is delicious compared to other companies! They always offer incredible prices, great advice, and what's more, you get surprises with every order! I love it, I am overwhelmed! I highly recommend, thank you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was excited to try alani nu energy drinks for the first time. When I received my order, all of the cans had froze in transport and exploded inside the box. After emailing customer service I found out there was a cold weather policy that I missed on the website. I do understand that anything can happen in transport but it was disappointing to have to throw out all 12 cans and not get any of my money back.

They've also been personable and friendly! Really great to feel like a valued customer and especially since I'm ordering online, so nice to be able to deal with a friendly/kind human being! Thank you very much! I'll definitely be ordering from vita plus again in the future. Oh yes, and surprise "gifts" in the orders, makes ordering from vita plus a fun experience!
