I commissioned her to do vinyl decals for my classes at Le Petit Voilier in Collingwood, she worked with me throughout the entire process. She designed the decals with me in house based off of things i saw on pinterest, and made my dreams real! She created beautiful attractive murals that i love, and the kids adore as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stopped in tto have some business signs done up. Was met by I believe a lady who is the owner and she was incredibly abrasive and lacked customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promises, promises.....unfortunately another business in our area that has no customer service skills and clearly doesn't care. After calling other local sign companies and some local businesses I know, apparently I am not the only one who feels this way about this company Visual FX. We were told that as long as we got our information in by Monday our signs would be ready for Christmas as they are gifts for our family. After careful planning and taking time out of our lives to organize this we get an email back saying they cannot do the order. My husband, not knowing I received the email, showed up to explain to them how we would like things laid out and Katrina was very rude, very unprofessional with no remorse for the problem that she has caused. After looking on the website and seeing a picture of her husband Irwin, my husband believes he was sitting there as well. Funny thing is my husband said she was speaking to her husband very politely and as soon as she turned to speak to her customer, which was my husband, she was very short and rude. It is businesses like hers that should not be doing well in a small town but apparently she is a member of the BIA in Collingwood or has friends who work for the BIA in Collingwood and has obviously paid off someone to do work for the town of Collingwood and Blue Mountain. If she does not want to provide customer service to retail customers then she should not have a store front. I will definitely not recommend them to any of our customers and will be sure to let everyone know that they are not the business to be dealing with. I would give 0 starts but I was forced to give 1 just to post the review.
