E	Eric Tieche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this place to anyone. The building management, namely Tanya Burell is very rude, threatening, and does things in direct contradiction of the RTA. Due to Tanya I had to threaten to file with the LTB multiple times over a few months to get back money that was legally owed to me. Dont get me started on how hard it is to get in contact with them to fix any issues that arise. Amazing building, horrible management. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
H	Hassan Al Attar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management I am ever seen, staff unhelpful and so rude. You need to resend email for 5 times and maybe they will reply. Building very dirty, bad quality, every day elevator breakdown, and just today we got power shut down all over the building without any notice. Construction besipde building starting 7 am till 5 pm, to noisy as they are building 2 new high rise building

I showed up for my tour appointment and actually drove 45 minutes out of my way to meet with them. They sent a reminder 30 mins prior to meeting. No one showed up and I waited around for 30 minutes. I called 3 times while I was there and no answer. Super unprofessional.
L	Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright, modern and spacious units in a clean, well kept building with security available and visible 24/7. Friendly superintendents and cleaning staff (Gracias por todo su arduo trabajo y limpieza encantadoras damas!) Perfect place for a long term rental, or as a temporary stepping stone before mortgage payments start. Either way, very comfortable place to call home.

Their “preferred” contact method is email but they don’t reply. They don’t answer the phone either. Homeless sleep in the stairwells, elevators always broken, fire alarms always going off and no explanation afterwards for it or if we should leave the unit. Zero communication what so ever, save yourself the hassle and don’t rent with Medallion
J	James J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building/property is terrible. It has lots of potential for great living/tenancy but is kept very poorly, it isn’t very clean as well despite having cleaners. I have no idea what the cleaners do all day, or they are just terrible cleaners. There is writing on the walls by the elevators and patched up holes that never get fresh paint everywhere. We have security but again… no idea what they do all shift as there is homeless people sleeping overnight in the stairwells. They aren’t here overnight. Sometimes i feel like i’m living in the “ghetto”. Requesting a repair or maintenance is pretty much impossible here (lucky if u even get an email response back) which again i don’t understand what everyone’s so busy with because the building isn’t well kept in the first place. I’d rather pay more to live somewhere else it’s so uncomforting here, when i used to live in a co-op in toronto it was way more comfortable and that should speak volumes for itself.
A	A Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental I’ve ever had. The units look nice but that’s about it. Poorly built, poorly maintained. Maintenance requests are ignored, constant construction noises, false fire alarms, and inspections. You can’t contact anyone at the office and they never return calls. There isn’t a week without something going on. Elevators are never cleaned and dog pee will sit there for days. Management always tries to do illegal vital service shutoffs and rent increases. Parking is not enforced so you’re basically paying for nothing. You would think for the price that you’d get better service. Rent anywhere but here. Insanely overpriced for the poor construction and management of the building.
S	Serena Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 2 months with daily emails and a report to bylaw to get a fumigation for an infestation, then refused to let us know what time we could re enter the unit (had to call the emergency line for a response). Charges $75 a month for parking but refuses to enforce it (I’ve asked for clear instruction daily for nearly a year since people keep parking in our spot). If someone takes your spot be prepared to pay visitors because they lied in the lease saying it’s enforced and will tell you to just pay more for visitors and let people take your spot. Constant false alarms in the middle of the night, elevators always out of service, dangerous gym equipment (broke while I was on it). Maintenance requests and all issues are ignored. Insanely overpriced for such a poor quality building and service. Don’t waste your time, we did and now we are waiting on a court date from LTB.
