★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, always friendly, polite, and hassle free. They know what they are doing and can generally help you out quickly and efficiently... plus they occasionally have candy... which has nothing to do with banking, but makes your day better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They preach "member service" but don't care about their individual members. The branch manager seems to be more concerned with making quotas as opposed to genuinely helping his members and making them feel heard. No one acknowledges you when you enter the building and it always feels awkward. The wicket supervisor will shout for employees and swear while you're standing right there. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
