★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please beware of this consultant He charged me $3500 for work permit fees from India and he applies a work permit without Lmia My visa got refused then he suggests me to apply for USA visa I got refused too he Almost ruined my life but luckily I met a good lawyer and I got my Canadian visa now I’m permanently resident of canada please don’t go to this consultant this is big fraud when I came to canada I went to his office and he was surprised to see me in canada I ask him to refund my money he totally refused and said I’m not gonna give you any money you can do whatever you like totally frustrated

MY PARENTS FAMILY CASE WAS REFUSED ON THE BASIS OF THEIR SICKNESS.
I TOOK MY FILE TO DEV GILL ON ONE OF MY FRIEND'S ADVISE . HE APPLIED THE FILE TO NEW DELHI CONSULATE ONCE AGAIN AND ALSO FILED THE APPEAL IN IMMIGRATION APPEAL DIVISION IN VANCOUVER.
AFTER 6 MONTHS ON THE DATE OF APPEAL HE PRESENTED THE CASE IN FRONT OF IMMIGRATION JUDGE IN A WAY THAT IMMIGRATION APPEAL JUDGE APPROVE THE APPEAL WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS. EVEN HONOURABLE JUDGE APPRECIATED THE FILE WORK PRESENTED TO HIM AND I WAS WITNESSING THE WHOLE PROCESS AT THAT TIME.
NOW MY PARENTS ARE LIVING WITH ME AS PERMANENT RESIDENTS .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request each and everyone please be aware from Gurmeet Sidhu and Dev Gill, they both are fraud, cheaters, very first thing they don’t know how to speak with a client, they use a very rude and abusive language, they disrespect the clients...their main concern is take the advantage of helpless people and make money through illegal way...visalink is not a immigration office its a illegal place where they play with the career of people to make money.... Both are unprofessional, they will demand you a big amount of money, and after that they will not work on your file...when a client ask them to give the money back they will say don’t call us again and no need to come to the office.
Please don’t become a victim of visalink immigration.

They helped my employee by working pro bono on her file, as her husband had expired and she was in bad financial condition due to bad handling of her husband's immigration matter by another consultant .
