Scheduling a viewing was about as difficult as trying to hitch hike on a space shuttle. Tried to "sell" me on deficiencies during the viewing. You guys are selling shelter. Its a necessity. People will buy from you regardless. You don't have to be so shady to do it. Try it. You'll continue to make heaps of money and maybe even EARN some respect in the process.
