Je crois qu'ils ont 3 niveau de rapidité ce qui influence le prix évidemment.
Direct est plus dispendieux mais c'est vraiment rapide selon disponibilité des véhicules, j'ai eu ma palette dans les 2h après le call montréal rive-sud un vendredi de trafic! J'utilise leur service depuis 3-4 ans environs 3-4 fois/an. Une fois ils m'on oublier c'est vrai avec un avis d'une semaine à l'avance, ca arrive ces choses là même au meilleurs, la je sais qu'ils ont changé de système informatique, j'espère que ca adresse ce problème.
Their name is deserved, the service is very good, fast and at a competitive price!
I think they have 3 levels of speed which obviously influences the price.
Direct is more expensive but it's really fast depending on availability of vehicles, I had my pallet within 2 hours after the south shore call montreal a traffic Friday! I use their service for 3-4 years around 3-4 times / year. Once they forget me it's true with a notice of a week in advance, it happens these things even the best, I know they have changed computer system, I hope that address this problem.
