★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Went for gel nail refil. He cut my cuticle with the electric nail file and dug too deep into my natural nail in a few places. Every step of the way I had to ask him to correct or fix things (shape, thickness, length). They don't have coloured gel, so you have to put shellac on top, and that was done bumpy, too thick, and patchy (and again, I had to ask him to fix the uneven, patchy top coat). I'll only go there for pedicures going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was good however they are over priced. I don’t get super long nails, maybe average extensions put on. While they were doing my nails they told me it would be an extra $5 because they were long. I have never been told this at any other nail shop before and I have tried many. The quality of my nails were not very good. I asked for coffin shape and they are more so square looking. I won’t be returning.
