★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used VIP maintenance last year for my widows and gutters and they did an excellent job. Thy even came back a few days later to make sure everything was clean and clear.
This year we used them to power wash our driveway and as you can see from the picture air was amazingly clean.
Their team is very professional and always do a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had VIP come and wash my windows and in the end the gutters as well. Bryan is a very professional, very thorough and likable. He did an amazing job. It is hard to find tradesmen with such integrity these days. He took care, went back and checked everything over and made sure I had no issues. I would recommend him to all my friends. I will certainly have them back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time we have tried VIP Property Maintenance; pleased to say that Chase did the best job ever on our roof and gutters! He also cleared off our large glass patio cover - we now have sunlight on our deck once again! He took a video of his work so I could see that the job was well done. He is thorough and professional. The owner was very helpful too, and helped me confirm that VIP Property Maintenance is in good standing with WorkSafeBC insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chase from VIP Maintenance just finished doing an excellent job cleaning the gutters on the roof of our home. He was polite and courteous from start to finish, did an excellent job (sparkling clean, efficient, cleaned up after himself), and the price was very reasonable. I've asked Chase to make sure that we're on his "call list" for roof and gutter cleaning when he comes back to the neighbourhood. I'm a very satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryan gave me an estimate/proposal a couple years ago. In the end I decided to do some of it myself. However I never completed some of the roof work and moss removal. So this spring I called Bryan come back and give another estimate to complete it. Joel came and did exactly as I requested. House gutters and roof looking great again! I referred them to my neighbours, great work guys!
