★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used vintagebash for my bridal shower. I was very pleased with their response time. Pauline was very helpful over the phone and concise when communicating through email. My sister had a change to visit their location in Stouffville and view the items I was interested in renting. She said the rentals were in great shape and that there were many other cute items available.
When I decided to follow through with the rentals, the processing was very simple. On the day of I went to pick up the items from their Toronto location - the transaction actually took place on the side of the road vs. in an office/home. I was a bit hesitant but when I met Pauline, she was very sweet and she had someone help place the items in my car. The fragile items came in productive packaging.
After the shower, I returned the materials to the same location - there was also someone there to help carry the items. I received my deposit about 5 days after my shower.
All in all - I was very happy with the products and service, and would recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vendor has been hard to communicate with. First of all, I never receive responses from the same individual, I speak to different associates evey time I email, thus it is difficult to maintain consistency. They generally take 2-3 days to respond to my emails and when I call to speak to an associate they are unable to attend the call. The original deadline for me to review my quote and agree to it was 2 days and since it takes a 2-3 days for them to respond via email, I was offered an extension to the preliminary quote. I feel as if I have been chasing them to make arrangements/adjustments to the quote (for my wedding) and when the original email stipulated that If I wish to request custom changes to the preliminary quote to email them - when I do email, their response is I have to pay another 55 dollars to speak with a "designer" via video call. Very difficult to make plans with this vendor as the response times are so long and since communication is subpar, it leaves the customer frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was more than happy with the items that I rented from VintageBash for my small 2020 wedding. I rented 3 tables, a backdrop stand, curtains, a cake stand and a card box. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't ask that I spend a minimum which helped me rent only items that I actually wanted. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyra and the vintage bash team are the absolute best. Planning my wedding was super emotional and Kyra made sure to be on top of everything. Such and incredible experience working with vintage bash. My bouquet was the most gorgeous arrangement I have ever seen. My mom would have definitely loved them!!! My husband and I spend all day admiring all the floral arrangements and how our vision came to life. Thanks Kyra and team vintage ?

They made my vision come to life and I cannot thank them enough. They were very pleasant to work with and also very professional! They even went to the extent to send pictures of our decor prior to delivering to the venue to get the go ahead. The quality of product and work is amazing! Definitely a huge recommendation for your next events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a seating chart, the jasmine rectangular gold terrariums in various sizes and a letter box. They also gave us the option of led or non drip candles- we opted for the non-drip candles. Vintage Bash was always responsive and friendly, they answered our slew of questions about or wedding day and were great to work with. Our wedding was pure elegance thanks to their decor, we received so many compliments and we are so happy we chose them!
