However, because I estimated my betrothed's ring size wrong, had to have it re-sized again. I was not charged for the second re-sizing , which I thought I would have to pay for, as it was my mistake. Very fair treatment and fast too. I would recommend Vincent Goldsmiths to any and everybody.

The gentlemen measuring my ring finger made the comment of "why don't you just eat more?" to make my ring fit. As someone who is in recovery for an eating disorder this was incredibly triggering. I want to shed light that this is NOT an appropriate thing to suggest to your customer, even if it is a joke, because you have no idea what they are going through or have gone through. They almost lost my service in this moment, but since I have heard great things about the level of care they put into their ring repairs, I left my ring in their hands anyhow.

He was very kind and courteous throughout my visit. Upon picking up the rings I could not believe how beautiful they looked! They look just as good as the day I got them and for a good price as well.
