Had a good experience with this company replacing my torn window screens. They were responsive and addressed the issue in a satisfactory manner. Their prices are also fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a window treatment.

These guys were amazing! After the Great Hailstorm of 2020, I was overwhelmed and feeling quite lost looking at the devastation that was now my house. Shredded siding, broken windows, missing shingles...all while COVID impacting working from home, kids at home schooling, unemployment, etc. We had Shaun come do an initial quick estimate in conjunction with the insurance company's contractor and a couple of others. Shaun was extremely sympathetic to the state of our home and was very thorough with his estimate. We reviewed them all and determined that Viking was going to give us the best price so called Shaun. He said due to them being so busy, he was passing my account onto a contractor they had. I was a bit nervous as I had a good feeling from Shaun and was looking forward to working with him...and then in walked Myles Cordwell. He was so understanding, calming and reassuring. We went through the insurance quote I was given and step by step he told me what I needed, and why. He told me what I didn't need, and why. He then went through what we could upgrade that would add value and how it would add value and what we could do for a bit less, without taking value away, all while staying within budget I had to keep to. I berated him with questions and he answered every one of them, reassuring me along the way that our home, which was effectively destroyed, would be back better than new! He arranged for everything to be done, in a timely manner and to our liking. Royal did our windows and was amazing! Efficient work to lessen disruption to our day and was so personable! Myles was our main contact and kept everything moving and most importantly, me calm! His teams dealt with the roofing, the eavesdrops, siding, painting...I would recommend Myles for any contracting needs as he can handle it all! I was so comfortable with him I sent him to my sister's house, and my parents house. He has handled them with the same care and attention to detail as he did mine. Had windows and cladding work done from this company. Windows had to be re-ordered 3 times, and now, after the work was finally completed, the window leaks horribly, to the point that I can see the water dripping down the wall and onto my hardwood floor, and has caused more damage. I had originally noticed the leaking on April 20th, and contacted the individual who we had worked with to get the repairs done. He stated that he would be out the following Monday to get it rectified. Monday, he no showed. I emailed him back, and no response from him. I had then called the office, and was told after 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of this individual to come and fix the window, was told that he was fired from the company. So then, I explained that I was frustrated and wanted to talk to an owner. The receptionist told me that he was in an appointment that morning until 11am, but that if I left a message on his phone, I would get a call back. This was at the beginning of May, 2022. No call or message back to me. I again called the office and let them know that I had not received a response. The receptionist took my info and told me someone would contact me that day, asap. This was May 9-10th. It is now the 16th and I have yet to hear any follow-up from this company. I would very much hesitate to refer this company or hire them from any work, as it is a fight just to get a response. This is not what a good client experience looks or feels like.

We hired Viking to upgrade our roof to a class 4 and change the siding to Hardie Board after the July 2021 hailstorm. Our interactions started with Murray who was very friendly and organized, and was the true reason we secured Viking. We were then introduced to Shaun who was knowledgeable and easy to speak to. Shaun continuously went out of his way to ensure we felt taken care of and that the finished product was what we had expected (even though we changed some colours at the last minute). Both install crews were pleasant to work with and finished their work with a clean job site. Ryan was very helpful in clearing up any questions about the Resilient Roofing Rebate and was quick to resolve any concerns.
