Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a fait la visite de son vignoble. Plusieurs anecdotes sur la création et les deniers malheurs: les nouvelles vignes de Pinot noir n'ont pas survécues à notre hiver dernier. Les vins proposés sont excellents. ATTENTION il n'est plus possible de s'inviter. Le vignoble n'ouvre plus sauf événement planifié. Si vous avez la possibilité d'y réserver, c'est un must ! Merci Martin pour la visite et ta générosité !! On a beautiful Sunday we had booked for the tour and tasting. We were greeted by the owner who visited us at his vineyard. Several anecdotes about the creation and the miseries: the new Pinot Noir vines did not survive our last winter. The wines offered are excellent. ATTENTION it is no longer possible to invite yourself. The vineyard does not open anymore except planned event. If you have the opportunity to book it, it's a must! Thank you Martin for the visit and your generosity !!

Nous avions une formule dégustation et visite avec accès au site pour la journée (more on that later). Le site est grand et très très bien entretenu, du bonbon pour les yeux! Le propriétaire (dont je me souviens pas le nom je suis pas bon dans ca) est hyper connaisseur, il s'intéresse aux vignes et à la chimie des choses, les discussions un peu plus technique au sujet du vin qu'on a eu avec lui était vraiment intéressantes. Nous avons pu diner (formule apportez votre lunch) sur un belle terrasse avec vu sur le site tout en dégustant les produits! c'était super! ensuite nous avons pu rester sur le site pour se promener et faire la petite hike pour se rendre au sommet du mont yamaska! La vue est SUPER je m'attendais pas à ca du tout. Par contre si vous etes pas habitué ca monte pas à peu près! le niveau de difficulté ressemble aux 1-2 premier kilomètres de l'acropole des draveurs à charlevoix mais en pire, parce que le chemin est beaucoup plus ''brouillon'' que dans une trail de la SÉPAQ on s'entend! allez-retour on parle de 3km avec une dénivélation de 278M (data de ma montre) environ donc rien de bien vilain pour la distance. Superb visit this weekend of the vineyard with the owner and a group of people. We had a tasting and tour package with access to the site for the day (more on that later). The site is large and very, very well maintained, candy for the eyes! The owner (whose name I don't remember, I'm not good at it) is very knowledgeable, he is interested in the vines and the chemistry of things, the discussions a little more technical about the wine we had with was really interesting to him. We were able to dine (bring your own lunch) on a beautiful terrace with a view of the site while tasting the products! It was great! then we were able to stay on the site to walk around and hike to the top of mont yamaska! The view is GREAT I didn't expect that at all. On the other hand, if you are not used to it, it does not go up almost! the level of difficulty resembles the first 1-2 kilometers from the acropole des draveurs in charlevoix but worse, because the path is much more "rough" than in a SÉPAQ trail, we get along! round trip we are talking about 3km with a difference in level of 278M (data from my watch) so nothing too bad for the distance.
