β β β β β Old school delicatessen with a hot food table, European grocery items, deli counter, butcher counter, with fresh bread and sweets. The pork schnitzel sandwich was crispy, well seasoned, and perfection on a kaiser. Don't forget to try the goulash soup as well! It was busy when we dropped by but the staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. I love places like this and wish Toronto had more of them.

β β β β β This is a hidden gem. A friend told me about this place, otherwise I would have never discovered it. It's a deli with a kitchen that serves up hot delicious food. Every time I go, I always get the schnitzel, Goulash beef stew, red cabbage, sauerkraut, potatoes, and a pickle. I also recently discovered their super yummy cake slices - so far, I've tried the almond and the berries cake slices (see the attached photos) and both were heavenly delicious (very light, fluffy and not too sweet). Just note that their kitchen closes half an hour before their store closing time.

β β β β β Small place for sure. The items I purchased, (-deli meats, poppyseed roll, etc..), were big hits when I got home. It looks like they have a hot table for lunch-time, too. Next time I'm in the area, I'll try it out. Also, the staff were friendly. Over the last 2 years so many people have been miserable...in so many situations, that I have found myself avoiding others. Its nice to speak with friendly, normal people.

β β β β β Great place and fantastic schnitzel on a bun and sides. Great store, super clean and very friendly staff. We have lived in Scarborough for years but only discovered this gem about 6 months ago. I kick myself for not knowing about it sooner!!!

β β β β β First time visitor, ordered the BBQ box , a good variety of meat. I also had a $10 off coupon that really helped with cost. Parking is interesting right off the street had to wait for street light to turn red to get out onto Birchmount. Good display of European foods and a takeout deli. Nice butcher shop area.

We just had it's smoked garlic/hot farmer's sausages, chicken sausages, lamb sausages, white sausages....bought so many different kinds of sausages for our German sausages party. Very reasonable price and staff are very helpful and friendly. Love this place and in one week, I have visited twice now.
