★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette entreprise est beaucoup plus préoccupée par la vente de ses produits que par le service à la clientèle qu'elle pourrait offrir. On ne se donne pas la peine d'entendre le problème du client, on tente plutôt de justifier le fonctionnement des équipements installés.
This company is much more concerned with the sale of its products than with the customer service it could provide. We don't bother to hear the customer's problem, we try to justify the functioning of the installed equipment.

Noting this store specifically (and not Videotron generally), I put a rating of 5 because the seller was super courteous and gave all necessary explanations; it does not take much time for a person to cheer up our day :) thank you Kevin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’y étais pour aider ma belle-mère à acheter un téléphone. WoW, un service impeccable. Maxime, a été d’un aide incroyable. Il a tres bien explique les options. Et surtout, selon les besoins de cette dernière, il a ajusté son message et a offert les bon forfaits.
Un service qui a dépassé la concurrence et nos attentes.
I was there to help my mother-in-law buy a phone. WoW, impeccable service. Maxime, has been an incredible help. He has very well explained the options. And especially, according to the needs of the latter, he adjusted his message and offered the right packages.
A service that has exceeded the competition and our expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temps d'attente très long due au temps d'activation des nouveaux téléphones et la signature des contrats. Trop peu de personnel durant les heures d'affluences. La commis était efficace, souriante et professionnelle, or elle semblait la référence du magasin ; souvent dérangée par les autres membres du personnel qui n'étaient pas assez qualifiés. Beau magasin et inventaire satisfaisant!
Very long waiting time due to the activation time of new phones and the signing of contracts. Too few staff during peak hours. The clerk was efficient, smiling and professional, but she seemed the store's reference; often disturbed by other staff members who were not qualified enough. Beautiful store and satisfactory inventory!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service zéro. Je suis rentré. Pas un bonjour, je suis resté attendre et attendre. Ca fait pitié pour un Vidéotron. Je venais pour un cellulaire à 2000$ avec entente de 24 mois, un beau case à 80$ et vitre. Tout le kit.
Bien je suis allé avec une autre compagnie. Pas de commission pour ces employés qui savent pas donner du service, même minimal. Bonjour, s'occuper de dire qu'ont s'occupent de moi question que j'attends pas pour rien, un minimum, come on...

Zero service. I came home. Not a hello, I stayed and waited. It is pitiful for a Videotron. I came for a $ 2000 cell phone with a 24-month agreement, a nice $ 80 box and glass. All the kit.
Well I went with another company. No commission for those employees who do not know how to provide service, even minimal. Hello, take care of saying that I have taken care of me question that I am not waiting for nothing, a minimum, come on ...
