★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had come in to see Darrell, Darrell seemed to have rushed us and given us inaccurate information. He told us that we were unable to get approved but in our first initial meeting he told us that we he was able to work with us and that we would be pre approved for an amount. The second time we came he seemed very confused kept typing in amount errors. Darrell kept doing a fake yarn and we felt like we wanted us out of his office ASAP. I had then later email him to get better clarification in what needs need to be met to be pre approved, I never gotten an email back. As of recently we have been approved my a lender and are on our house hunt journey in Victoria. Nothing has changed since we have see Darrell. If your case is complex which most are I suggest you try a different mortgage broker, someone who will take the time and fully asses your situation.

Darrell is just a lovely person who obviously cares about his clients. He went above and beyond for us and was there every step of the way no matter what came up! Darrell was so helpful and really on top of things - I got the best rate I could've asked for (and just like he quoted me in the pre-approval process) and he always had the answers to any of my questions. He definitely knows his stuff. I'd highly recommend Darrell to anyone buying their first home!

Being a first time home buyer there were many but he was always prompt in getting back to me (via phone/email) and explained things so that I fully understood. From our intial consult to signing my mortgage papers, Darrell was there for me and truly had my best interest at heart. Not only was he a pleasure to work with but he also secured me a great rate. I truly look forward to working with him down the road when it's time to refinance.
