★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE. They lost my blazer - but still charged me the cost of dry-cleaning it! The owner was incredibly rude. Now I'm down the cost of the blazer, the cost of the drycleaning, and I didn't even get an apology. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off a mattress pad to be cleaned, and was quoted $36. 24 hours later, I received a call from someone at the shop, telling me that actually, since it's down-filled, it was going to be $56. I was a bit confused, because I didn't think it was down filled, but I'm not the expert. I returned to pick it up after choosing not to have it cleaned, and laughed out loud when I got home and read the tag on the pad... 100% polyester filled. So I'm not sure if they were just too lazy to do the job, didn't take the initiative to read the tag, or if they were legitimately trying to scam me, bit either way they acted pretty unprofessional. 0 stars would be the most appropriate rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my husband's white dress shirt needed some special attention as he had a large red stain on the breast of the shirt. I thought it would be ruined however I attached a note of attention for the Drycleaners. To my surprise the shirt came back looking like new!! Thank you Victorian Fine Drycleaning!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient. Have used the pickup/delivery service for many years. Hardly ever lost anything. Not sure about the cost of cleaning compared to other options. Had a few occasions of shirt buttons broken during the cleaning and ironing process. Have a pair of synthetic (non-wool) dress slacks fried by the pressing process which was too hot.

Even more importantly, Louise and the other folks i have chatted with over the years, are all really nice people and so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Victoria's Fine Dry Cleaning to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 2:15 while driving north on 14 street one of your drivers almost sideswipped my boyfriend and I. Had we not swerved out of the way the driver would have hit us. There was no acknowledgement from the driver at all. I dont think he saw needless to say they will NEVER recieve my buisness. If you drive a company vehicle- Be professional and understand the rules of the road.
