They want 3 and a half year olds to wear a mask when exercising. Shameful. Will never do business with.

My boys took a trial class with Victoria Gymnastics and had a great time. The teachers were awesome! I have been a real pain to Victoria Gymnastics as I wanted specific arrangement, the two people that have been corresponding with me via email have been very prompt, polite and helpful through out the whole process!

My daughter has been attending Victoria Gymnastics for 2 years now and loves it ! She's built great relationships with each coach she has had over the years and always leaves class with a smile. Highly recommend !!

I had a bad experience in this gysmatic center. I do not recommend it to anyone, specifically for foreigners. I feel like my daughter and I were treated poorly in this center. during my daughter's second session she was crying and doesn’t want to attend the course. I was so surprised because she was begging me for a long to enrol her in a Gymnastic center and then starts crying badly as soon as we arrive there. so I had asked one of the teachers who was present to talk to her and convince her to attend the course because I have tried but she didn’t want to tell me anything about what happened in the previous session .The staff member (old lady, slim ,white hair)did not give any importance to my request and asked me to leave and bring her back maybe the next session. she didn't even take the time to talk to her like what, it doesn't matter to talk to a child. I was so shocked by her reaction that I decided to go to the front desk and tell them that this was my daughter's last session and that she would not be coming back .the girl at the desk at the boy's cut did not even ask why and how and told me that she was still entitled to a few more sessions since it was already paid for. I then told her that I would like them to stop auto payment for the month of April. she therefore confirmed to me that it was done and that I should expect to receive an email from them with the details. after some waiting time , I sent her an email informing her that I still haven't received a confirmation email, and that's when she surprises me by telling me that I have to pay the month even if my daughter won’t attend and I can have a credit for this month. I clearly explained to her because something happened during the session, which I do not know, my daughter no longer wants to attend the class. she answers me by defending her colleague and tells me. it is written black on white that you must send us a writing before canceling the auto deposit. I still do not see why they will put someone at the desk who confirms that everything is in order when it is not. instead of solving the problem because their staff member is responsible for the misunderstanding, they penalize me. it's not fair and it's marginalizing to avoid saying racist! I Don’t recommend this center !

The staff are so polite and friendly to all of the kids! Even when they are running around and being hectic, the coaches are so patient! Highly recommend Victoria gymnastics especially with how well priced the classes/camps are:)

Good points: my kid loves her session here. She does countdown almost the whole week to go to her gymnastics class. I see many hurdles, bars, jumping, swinging, trampoline, etc., which is nice. But the timing is way way way too short. It says 1 hour, but door opens right at the time and it takes 5-7 minutes for all kids to gather, put their stuffs away, get in line and go to their respective corners. 10 minutes gone. Probably 12-13-14 minutes gone. Then comes the good stuff. Kids enjoy their activities. Then at the end, at 50th minutes they stop or even before and stat packing up and are out right at 60th minute. So it's not a one hour class. It is + - 40 minutes class. But it’s a monopoly. No other choice for us so we continue here for the fact that at least our kids love their time here. I found men trainers are friendlier and more involved than the female trainers. But overall, they all are good. Some hiccups here and there but it's all good. Every place have some pluses and minuses :-)

My 11 yr old daughter really wanted to try gymnastics but was very nervous as she is shy. She had the best time as all staff are so friendly and she felt at home. The classes are jam packed with action and kept her having busy fun so she never felt awkward. This gym has a very nice feel to it… the instructors are professional and relaxed, friendly and on task. It’s the perfect blend for learning. Thank you to all who make Victoria gymnastics this amazing place!!!
