★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor that works in the urgent care Dr. Korshen (didn't catch her full name, its long and she looks East Indian) should not be working there. I came in for chest pain, heart palpitations and she sends me home to rest. She is also very rude, doesn't listen and kept talking over me. I got a better treatment from the triage nurse than this so called doctor. This doctor should first learn some compassion skills before treating anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally the hospital is good but on a recent stay beginning of December I was shocked to hear the attitude of a male nurse to an elderly agitated or confused patient.
I was in the section waiting for a bed in main hospital. The male was extremely patronizing with the lady and while escorting her I over heard him tell her to hurry up and not walk so slow . Seems he was almost encouraging an argument. Afterwards I pointed this out to another male nurse and was more or less told mind my own business and if I didn’t actually see the incident I should be quiet. I also got the impression that this is not the first time there was an incident with the first male nurse . Seems he was covering a regular staff member so she could attend an outside business matter.
Hope I won’t have to stay there again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've had a serious emergency, I've gotten a bed as quickly as possible. The place is clearly hamstrung by past Conservative policies, though there is occasionally someone with a truly, horrible, careless bedside manner and that has no excuse. But those folks are in the minority among the decent health care workers here.
However, my favorite Doctor in the city works in this Urgent Care **shout-out to Dr. Hitchcock -- he actually listens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in overnight for day surgery. Impressed with front line staff, the docs, nurse, aids. Everyone seemed happy to be there and I only had positive encounters, great attitudes and any questions I had were answered. The OR TEAM works like a well oiled machine! Super impressed. Thank you Dr. Botkin, OR TEAM, my nurses and aids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses and Doctors are amazing! People normally comment or rate when they have bad experiences. But this time I only have good words for them! Their service is amazing, they are kind and sweet. The queues and waiting times are not because of them, they are because of the system. Thanks Victoria Hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a disgusting place to visit. They made me wait for 7 hrs just for one painkiller. This is what you call an emergency? Why people come to your hospitals because they want you guys to treat them with care. But ooh no, Triage nurse area is so busy in sharing their personal life with their co workers. I went their at 4:30 and my turn came at 11pm. Seriously!! Even though before me, there were only 7 patients in line and still it took them 7 hrs. And when you got your you will see the doctors and nurses are sitting at the counter inside area. Which makes me think why there was hell of long wait for 7 hrs.
