★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trevor and Edward are both amazing. Ive been suffering from a knee injury for several years, nothing was working. The physio from Trevor helped significantly, but the acupressure massage from Edward fixed it in under 2 sessions. It's painful, but no pain no gain!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s safe to say I’ve seen almost everyone at this clinic since October following a car accident that left me with chronic pain in my neck, back, and hips and a mtbi. I couldn’t recommend this facility and the people there more. Trevor, Janine, and Sheena (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly) are amazing kinesiologist who are incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate. Edward, the acupuncturist is incredible at what he does and has helped relieve a ton of muscle pain as well as helped ease some terrible anxiety. Cathy, the vestibular therapist, is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things brain injury and has helped me in leaps and bounds. Everyone has a very professional and kind demeanour and they make sure to take great care of their clients. I couldn’t recommend it more. Each one plays an integral part in my recovery and I am so grateful for all that they do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to the Trevor and team at the Victoria Exercise Rehabilitation Centre for taking great care of my wife in an urgent situation. She had hurt her knee and they were awesome getting her some fast relief and putting her back on the mend today. This is important to her working or not!
I love the approach to not just healing the immediate injury but adding a serious focus to long term health and support.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've suffered with a bad shoulder for years. Last year my dominant, right shoulder started getting very stiff and both were becoming very difficult to use for normal life activities. I couldn't reach above my head, for example. I finally went to see Trevor (should have gone long ago) and I'm very happy to report a full recovery. Just a couple visits and some at home stretching exercises and my shoulders are 100%. I'm a bit mind blown to be honest. Highly recommend this facility!
