★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too loud! The dragon boat festival is a great event for the city of Victoria. I don't see the need for the event to be so loud that people do not want to sit in the beer area. The event was so loud last night that the buskers on the causeway had to shut down their shows. Surely consideration should be taken when putting on a great event like this.
