G	G R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a family trip. A few hours before our time slot a man called me and told me that they were behind schedule and they had to push our timeslot back a half hour. The guy didn't even apologize. The event itself was pretty good, the orientation was pretty intensive and lengthy to the point where everyone felt uneasy and kinda scared; I think it was overkill but I guess he has to go through his spiel. We ended up having to cut our boating time early due to the push back of our timeslot .The next day in the evening we realized we had left our dog's harness on the boat. I called the following day about the harness he again didn't apologize just said "they left it on the lost and found table in the marina and someone else "claimed" it." and then had the audacity to say"cheers" and hang up. More like stole it. I mean how hard would have been to call me and tell me that they have it. Both the staff members were aware that we had a dog on board (they even asked if he had a lifejacket) and the man actually met him. Very disappointed that this happened and I mean it's not your job, but be a decent human and just put it aside for at least 48 hours, you don't even need to call, would be less work for you to do this instead. All in all this really put a damper on the whole experience. Had to go and get another $50 harness, the harness that they got stolen isn't even available anymore. Thanks for that ??

Though the instructions were many, Aiden was clear and concise in explaining things. This was a very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon exploring the ways of the water and the islands nearby. Excellent personalized service. Get the PCOC which allows one to explore further.

The boat was very clean and in great working condition. We would highly recommend renting from Victoria Boat Rentals!!! We will again.

If COVID has you down and you are looking for a socially distanced adventure for the whole family (or just a trip for two) look no further! I rented a boat from Victoria Boat rentals to surprise my partner for our anniversary. Aidan was FANTASTIC! I don’t have much boating experience and Aidan took the time to show me how to dock the boat properly, how to change the fuel line over if we ran out of gas in one of the tanks and all of the safety features. It really helped boost my confidence before we left to go do some crabbing and fishing! Due to the weather (off –season) Aidan upgraded us to 16ft boat size to ensure our comfort. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable (just as he said it would be!). I did read some of the other reviews here on Google and I honestly have to wonder if they are even referring to the same person! There were no “hidden fees”. Everything was explained and any questions I had answered. Aiden also had time to help us off-load our boat (which he really didn’t have to!) and made sure to remind us to check any compartments to make sure we had all of our things. We may not have had luck with catching fish but we really lucked out with Aidan and Victoria Boat Rentals! Can’t wait to rent again from Aidan!
