★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason, our middle school uses this company. Overpriced, poor photos, retakes weren’t any better. I’m so disorganised, I end up panic buying them in time for gifts. I’m asking for our school to use someone else in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in complete agreement with previous ratings and reviews. The pictures look ATROCIOUS, as if they were taken by an amature or a child! Even with re-takes, they were horrible. I didn't order any prints nor will I.
Our school previously used Life Touch for school pictures. And those were AMAZINGLY professional. The poses looked natural, both eyes open, nice smiles, the hair pulled back, chin up, and to top it off the backgrounds you could choose were great. You could choose a lovely Grade # and or Year next to the picture to commemorate the year.
What a waste !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this company is terrible. Price, quality and professionalism. When I have needed to contact them, via email, Dawn answers unprofessionally with no greeting, and just minimal words not even a full sentence. This has been every single time, so I feel it's consistent. Also, the quality is TERRIBLE!!! Our most photogenic child - literally never takes a bad school photo in 12 years, had weird shadows like a halo across his forehead in both retakes. They demand prepayment for photos before you've even seen the photos!!! How archaic!!! First year in 12 years and 3 kids of photos that we've ever had to do this.
Lastly, their photo forms have many spelling and grammar mistakes. That alone show lack of attention to detail. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
