I contacted Via-Val about this, and they were quick to say this driver was already previously laid off for similar driving behavior. They then halted communication and never proved it.
It's all on video. This driver essentially ran the guy I know off the road in a fit of rage, and almost killed several innocent people in the process.

An employee of mine who occasionally drives for me brought this to my attention recently, and shared some photos he had. He also has video. This trucking company has one driver who is very unsafe.
To anyone considering using this company for their transport services, be aware.
