B	Buddcar Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic.Great old train station.The A & W looks like it is closed.Take the train across this great country.Not much parking.The area is full of construction( New St-Paul hospital ).Watch out for all the people across the road.Nasty Canada geese as well ( they're worse ).Taxi stand in case you're interested.
N	Nic Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old station and Train, you can see n taste what is old, nice experience what is train travel, we were ride from Vancouver to Jasper time 19 hours, which took us 24 hours to arrive Jasper, they kind of stopping a lot in the middle, priority for CN to go therefore we were waiting a lotttttttts. Foods are ok, can’t complaint for a 24 hours ride. Better to bring your own cup noodles if you can eat a lot of food. Btw, check out the discount tickets may found something special, we were stay at the sleep cabin.

A four day trip aboard 'The Canadian', from Vancouver to Toronto, is a good way of sight seeing the major part of the country. There are other trains connecting Toronto to Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa and Halifax. These days few people use cross country rail services as flying has become cheaper and more convenient, but VIA Rail is a good way for tourists and leisure travelers to explore a vast and scenic country like Canada. Slow travel reduces your carbon footprint.
R	Rivas Karen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful scenic ride. The seats have spacious leg room and there are charging ports beside the seats. The viewing deck is a good place to stay if you want to catch a more panoramic view of the mountains,towns and lakes along the way but the window side in your seat is still beautiful. Staff are very helpful. But, the train was delayed for 8 hours so I had to pay another night/day in the place where I stayed in Vancouver which was not in my plan and budget. The toilet in the train was at some point not working. Better bring some munchies or some other food and drinks. The food that they are selling on the train are not expensive though. I expected that there was Wi-Fi because it said online that there was wifi on the train but there was none. 20 long hours trip, better be well-equipped yourself with warm blankets and pillows.
T	Theo Falias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who doesn't love trains. The historic Pacific Central Station at over 100 years old is a legendary building in the heart of Vancouver. Don't mind the Canada geese in Thornton Park. I miss the Canadian Greyhound but at least we still have Via.
C	Chris Wise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get to meet awesome folks see the country and always wonder how we can be 6 hrs late at 11 am but arrive on time@ 2 pm. The food was delish, drinks reasonable, accommodations varied but I was not in coach so heard zero complaints on that. Multiple stops allowed us to get out and stretch, 3 times got a mile in by just walking along side the train in a station and a chance to remove our face masks ?
