Would highly recommend this place if you are near Empire Center on No. 3 Road next to Parker Place.

My go to guy has been Ryan, and judging by the way he cuts your hair you can tell he really takes care of your hair and wants you to look the best. This place is cheap and fast, make sure to book an appointment because they are almost always full!
K	Ken Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for almost 5 years, I knew the owner, Edmond, for 7 years, that's when you know this is a great shop. Great haircut for a great price. Although you should be specific of want you want or at least show them a picture. I always get my hair cut by Edmond, so I can't really comment on other hair stylist, but from what I heard, others are great too.

The lady who picked up the phone and asked me the name of the stylist. I said I don't remember, then she just said you find out the name and call back, then she just hanged up. She even not gave me any chance to ask the name of the stylists. I though maybe it is hard to talk on the phone, that why I came to the shop and tried to book a time. The younger stylist told us he will be available after 6:00pm, but there is a lady ( I think she is the one who picked up the phone before) she said today is fully booked, you need to come back tomorrow. When I tried to say I got another answer is today at 6:00pm, then she started to get mad. She said that I tried to causing trouble. Then there is an older stylist who is very very rude and said you guys making trouble, if you guys don't want to do, you guys should leave immediately( he said that very very rude in Chinese, his face and body language looks like he could hit us anytime. (I am female, I had my kid and my Mom with me) I don't want to fight, and I don't know why their attitude like this. this is not about a bad customer service. For me, it is like bully, (especially in front of his people( they still got customers there)

Y	Yi Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. Horrible experience I have ever had before. They didn't treat you as their customer, it feels like they are the only Barber in Vancouver. The Barber Edmond is really rude. When you called, he hanged up your phone without letting you finish your words and cancelled your appointment without reason. He doesn't appreciate your business, he doesn't care about the customer. I can't believe there is someone running business like this today. There are so many salons in Richmond, trust me find another one with good quality and service.
