As tenants ourselves, we understand how annoying it is to miss important building notices or announcements. Vertical City (formerly Visio Media) was founded in 2014 to help deal with the common frustration created by inconsistent communication between property managers and tenants. Through hard work and the use of industry-changing technology, we’ve built the largest residential elevator and lobby screen network in Canada.
Our team operates out of offices in Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver,
with international expansion on the horizon.

Was supposed to generate revenues based on ad without using personal data - then noticed cameras hidden in the frame of the screen. when asked, company deflected saying that's how they make revenue, and when condo masked the cameras, they said that would cut off all revenues they estimated. We got about $30 the first quarter, not worth the cost of the installation and elevator safety tests, and now have holes everywhere. Not only the display is horrible - can't see anything that's on the screen when posting notices, but the screens themselves are not pretty and forces you to stick your head up. Stay away, condo boards.
