I find him to be a very knowledgable contractor who is always willing to do research to find the right technical approach to any renovation or repair solution. And, the work site is always left clean at the end of each day, which is very important.

The company has a good relationship with suppliers in the industry and Jeffrey is very organized in terms of getting permits with City of Vancouver.The Versailles team are very cordial and good about making sure the site is clean at the end of each day. Workmanship is done to a high standard with Jeffrey attentive to detail. We had our own designer who Jeffrey worked with very successfully. Finally, we received regular monthly reports itemizing expenses incurred. I would not hesitate to recommend Versailles and would use them again in a heartbeat.
