โ โ โ โ โ The food was excellent. The hospitality by the singing waitress and the comical cook was above and beyond any ordinary experience. This restaurant was absolutely a breath of fresh air to a couple of Calgarianโs passing through this beautiful little town. Thank you so much to the cook/owner and waitress. You both made our day. We certainly will be back.

โ โ โ โ โ Pepperoni, ham, bacon and mushroom pizza. Although I feel like this "should" be a a "Nick" pizza....because I worked at the JV for 13 years....it is not! I know (despite expectations).... YOU ARE NOT NICK'S . The crust was dense, doughy and undercooked ...like the yeast didn't rise....or the dough sat for too long in the fridge after it was made. The sauce is a little more garlic than tomato for my liking and the mushrooms taste a little "end of life". There was also a VERY distinct taste that I thought was a smokey flavour, but then it hit me as a goat cheese flavour, not sure why that would be? Although I'm not impressed with the pizza, I would be willing to try some of the other menu items based on other reviews. P.S. Although I did not pick up the food I was told that the staff was "really niceโ.

โ โ โ โ โ What a gem of a place. The owner and staff alone make this worth the stop. Super friendly people that seem genuinely happy to have you there!
We ordered the calamari to start(no picture because it was devoured so fast). Not chewy at all and served with homemade Tzaiki. Sooo good!
The ribs are to die for! I ordered them because I figured they'd be a sure thing and they are. Do not hesitate to order these. So tasty and cooked to perfection.
The souvalaki was good but my only criticism is the rice came almost like a fried rice with soy sauce on it and I didn't think that fit the Greek style of the meal. Still good, just not what I was expecting.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm cycling from Vancouver to Montreal and I stopped by at a gas station in Indian Head. As I was getting hungry, I asked a local person for the best restaurant in town. He referred to this restaurant and I arrived with high expectations. The restaurant wasnโt even supposed to be open at the time, yet I was welcomed to have a meal. I ordered dry ribs with greek salad combo. For $16.99, I didnโt expect the portion to be this generous. But I enjoyed every single bite of the ribs and salad and emptied the plate. It was a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant. If I ever come back to Indian Head, it would be for this restaurant. Thank you for your amazing food and friendly service!!
