Who We Are
Located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Venture Wellness North is the professional practice of Donna Prontack, MSW. VWN offers wellness services for families, couples, parents and individuals.
The focus of Venture Wellness North is for us to help guide people into a journey of healthy emotional/spiritual living.
Everyone deserves to be the best they can be… when you are able to overcome the challenges in life the struggles seem much less overwhelming.

About Donna Prontack
Donna Prontack is a registered social worker as well as a mother of three. Her original career was in Nursing before obtaining a Masters in Social Work.
She has been trained in various methods, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Parent Coaching. Donna’s experience has been helping people who have and are experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and first episode psychosis. Her experience has provided her with a gift of learning from others as she believes that everyone has the strength within themselves to overcome the struggles in life.
