en considerant toutes les mauvaises experiences , je suggere d acheter ailleur que sur ventmere (edifier canada) mais plutot d un autre magasin qui offre un meilleur service a la clientele. par exemple si vous achetez d amazon ,vous n aurez pas de probleme a le retourner en cas de probleme normalement.
considering all the bad experiences, i suggest buying somewhere other than on ventmere (edifier canada) but rather from another store that offers better customer service. for example if you buy from amazon, you will have no problem returning it in the event of a problem normally.

I sent several emails stating that all I needed was a set of speaker grills for my Edifier S1000DB bookshelf speakers. They kept asking me for pictures and order numbers off Amazon. This went on for 2 weeks. If they can't use a model number and item description to track down a part they don't need to be in business. I'm buying American made only from now on.

Pathetic experience with them. Initially they sent the earbuds which were never delivered. I emailed them and they said we are sending a replacement unit. When i received that, it was used and faulty. I was like, I paid for the new item and they sent me a used and faulty earbud. Then i contacted them again and they said you can sent this back and the return voucher they sent was not in Canada post system (because they have exceded the return vouchers they are allowed as a small business). I have to send it back on my own risk. Fortunately it was delivered. Its been 4 days after it got delivered and i am sending them emails and calling them. They just create tickets and dont action them. Worst service ever. May be Edifier is a good brand in terms of quality but these guys dont know how to handle the consumer side of it.

Awful, awful experience with them via Edifier Canada. Non-existent customer service. I have a product that needs returning and on their website, it says to “Send the return back to the Returns Centre Address listed on Shipping Confirmation Email.” So, I check my shipping confirmation email and there is no returns address. No problem, I’ll just send an email. The next day I get a response telling me they will get back to me within one business day and they provided a ticket number. A few business days pass and I hear nothing, so I email them back asking for an update. Two days after my second email, I get a response basically saying “sorry for the delay, it’s possible our agents are taking longer than usual.” No answer, no ETA on when I might have an answer. Keep in mind, all I need is an address to send a return… so I leave it another 4 or 5 days and still nothing. I send another email—nothing. Another 4 or 5 days I send another email—nothing. At this point I’m nearing the end of the returns window and I literally have no way to send the item back, so I send a message to this Facebook page. What do I get back? “Thank you for contacting us, we have received your inquiry and will get back to you within one business day. Here’s a new ticket number while we’re at it.” They didn’t even read it, and now I’m two weeks into this mess with TWO support tickets in and still no returns address. This might be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can’t even call it customer service… just the runaround. Edifier products are great for the price, but good god is their customer service non-existent. If I’m Edifier, I’d pull the plug on Ventmere (who manages Edifier Canada) ASAP. This is the kind of stuff that destroys brands.

This has got to be the worse company to use to buy a item. I ordered a $205.00 juicer on 1/19/2022. Today is 2/17/2022, and I still do not have my juicer. The company promised me a refund and I have yet to receive my refund or juicer. This company is a rip off. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY!!!!
