Venice House Pizza - Prince Albert

Took 2 hours for them to deliver our food. Food was kept under a heating lamp but It ended up going really soggy. Phoned twice about where our order was. Only excuse was that the roads were bad due to snow that has been packed down over the past 4 days. Said to call them if we had a problem with the food after it arrived and they did nothing to compensate we even talked straight with the manager. one of our salad's was also only half the amount the other one had.

Small, quaint little place, but don't let the size fool you it's very big on taste!! there's so much to choose from here. My favourite is the Pizza, Wings, Caesar salad, garlic toast dry ribs and much much more. Social distancing in effect, the staff have a sneeze guard divider. Every one is required to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer available and contact tracing available.

Tried to call the number to reserve 3 different times throughout the day and evening, no answer but got a fax scream!! Not impressed with that. However we have always enjoyed the service. PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!

Hey all, Venice House on 2nd Ave has stepped up. Their All Meat and Venice House Special is loaded with toppings and was delivered hot & fresh on two separateoccasions. . Keep it up VH ?

they have very good all meat and i have pesonaly been there and i eat there pzza all the time an i love there spagetti and there lasagna

This pizza had so very little topping and cut into very small peices that had so little sauce that was way to dry to even be enjoyable and if it was not so late that I would have order something else. Very unsatisfied with the pizza and the lasagna was also very dry with little cheese. I think they did not want to cut anymore meat for the night or shred anymore cheese. Spent almost 50 on the SD Imperial and 13 for the pasta can't give a good review and will phone and talk to the manager in the am. It's been awhile since ordering from VH but it was a lot better before or I remember it tasting a lot better.

REALLY uneven distribution of toppings, edge of the crust was as dry as melba toast, excess of cheese on both large pizzas, and they apparently specialize in burnt pizza.

My pizza toppings were put on poorly. I ordered an xl pizza and the crust was between 2-2½ inches all around. Not even the sauce was put on around that area. I'm really appalled that they actually prepared this pizza for me and decided to send it out thinking it was fine. I even paid $4 for an extra topping and there was definitely not extra put on. And fyi when I called to order I first asked if their restaurant was busy and they said it was rather "dead" so since it was very late (12:15 am) I decided order. Besides that issue. The pizza wasn't very good. It tasted nothing like the old Venice House restaurant on central even though it says it's "Venice house". Regret ordering.... UPDATE I called the next day and spoke with the manager GEORGE who had a very salty and sassy attitude about my complaint. When I asked to have my pizza replaced he went off about how I was "trying to blackmail him" with my review. He said that me posting a review was "a really weird thing to do". He also admitted the the person who has been making the bad pizzas lately was a young boy who he has had to talk with every other day to tell him about the complaints and that he needs to do better. But obviously the boy has not been taking this to heart and the owner GEORGE has been letting these unsatisfactory items be sent out to paying customers even though he is fully aware of the issue. That's what I PERSONALLY think is the weird thing here and not my making a justified review about a terrible pizza. After seeing other reviews saying the same thing I posted about I thought I should personally Inform a manager or whatnot about these occurrences because it is becoming a constant complaint amongst other paying customers, he quickly informed me that he knew EXACTLY who I was and that he reads the Venice House Pizza Google reviews every single morning. This guy needs to take some business courses and learn to not be so snappy and rude to constructive criticism. What a goof. Being fully aware of consistent problems and not doing anything to help make a change. Buyer beware.
