★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Vector has been nothing short than amazing. Management is fun and understanding, and they are literally there to help you succeed. There is constant positive reinforcement and it's impossible to have a bad day when your manager is constantly encouraging you and helping you do better. I have never felt uncomfortable sharing my concerns, and my questions have always been answered openly and honestly.
