โ โ โ โ โ Absolute door scam. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
What is said at the front desk by a nice, welcoming lady is VERY different from what you get. We even called in advance and asked questions before booking...so we did do our research AND also made a reservation. Which was essentially pointless in the end...
Avoid Ciara. Was very clear she had zero interest or professionalism. Just a rude, slappy con artist.
And then front desk scammer needs $180 cash upfront when you arrive and if you don't have cash, she is happy to show you their ATM with $5 service fees.
She was too busy yapping on the phone with a friend-- actually telling a story making fun of a client--to even notice we left.
Teeny tiny room and massage bed looked like something from a hospital in 1973.
Lesson learned: if you have to pay upfront, something is up.
This place is essentially a big con. All about the door scam.
In particular avoid Ciara, rude, lazy scamming.
Go ANYWHERE else. Really.
Oh--and P.S. it smells like sewage throughout. Like intense, sulphuric, open sewer/ outhouse smell.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here to see Kim and was very satisfied also saw Ciara and was surprised how rude and unpleasant she was to be around really brings down the spa..as to why I have 3 stars. Please get rid of that garbage.

โ โ โ โ โ I have booked Luciana for massage for 45 minutes around 10 days ago. She was very rude and in rush. When I asked why are you in rush she started shouting. I left immediately even my 15 minutes were remaining I paid her 200 and did complain at reception but the lady at receipt with just one word โokayโ. Highly disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ I had worst experience with the girl named Adrianna. Trust me and avoid her. She is cheater, liar, fraud, con artist who just wants to grab your money and not provide genuine service. Moreover, her behaviour is extremely rude and disrespectful. Canโt believe such kind of person exists.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience for my first time at this establishment. Blake was a lovely and very professional attendant, was very transparent and made the entire process and experience great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book a relaxing spa session, make sure you ask for Blake !

First off the receptionists at the spa are great and understanding for a newbie. I then met a beautiful attendant Amira and had a great experience! Her touch and personality made first experience amazing and because of that I have been back multiple times and will be back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Love the place. Clean. Smells fresh. And the ladies are to die for! I had Madison and she was amazing! Five star lady there. She is professional, down to earth, gives GREAT massages and I always walk away relax and revitalized!!! Will definitely be going back to Madison every chance I get!!!
