Hayden is an honest and reliable, friendly and straight forward merchant. Had a problem with my mod shortly after purchase and exchange to a new mod was absolutely no hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean shop, big selection of hardware, even bigger selection of juice.
I haven’t vaped in over 6 years, however Hayden got me up to date with the newest technology and helped me find the equipment that was right for me without trying to up-sell more expensive products. Before I left I was given a through tutorial of how to use and maintain my equipment, including proper priming and break in procedure specific to my device, as well as battery safety and charging instructions.
I do not know about the bad reviews, as I have only been in the shop once, and I had a good experience. If you are looking for a shop that provides a friendly and factual experience, Vape Street Mission is a great choice.

I used one for the pack and tried to exchange the rest for the coils I initially wanted and they would not even exchange
Very poorly educated staff and terrible customer service

Will never go back to this vape place as I have been a good customer but just ruined it for the last time as I've lost money shopping here. One girl here sold me the wrong coils and wouldn't exchange for the right ones even though I have the receipt and just bought it. Stupidest policy and thumbs down to uou

I’ve purchased THREE 2 packs of cartridges in which one of the two have been completely non functioning. almost like they let the juice sit there and go bad. & the silly lady at the counter won’t replace them WHEN I JUST PURCHASED THEM. Your literally better off going to any other store besides this one.
