They dont screen the workers, when you complain about being mistreated they dont do anything about it or even listen to you, I lived in a supported room mate home thru vantage and was fed once a day cold chicken wings that didnt even fill me up no lunch no breakfeast so i comlained about it and they didnt listen. In another supportive roommate home i went out for a smoke at 3 in the morning in my underwear in october. The staff locked the door and wouldnt let me in till 7 so i had to walk around forrest lawn in my underwear for 4 hours. Ive had staff insult me for no apparent reason. They hire people without credencials to look after you its a TERRIBLE orginization. And if your someone with a disability that is working with them show them this messege if you are being mistreated
